Larson Family Orthodontics has one main goal—to use the latest technology and methods to make it easy for people of all ages to have access to high-quality and personalized orthodontics. Our approach is designed to benefit the entire person, not just their teeth, and that starts at the first appointment. Your First Visit
After you have scheduled an appointment with us (whether you do so yourself or through a referral), our team will text/email you some welcome videos about what to expect when you come to see us. You’ll also have a chance to fill out our forms so we can check you in as soon as you step inside.
In the office, you’ll find a personalized greeting on our Vestaboard, and if you haven’t already done your forms, you’ll be given an iPad to do so. We’ll take some digital scans and X-rays of you or your child’s mouth, and then you’ll have a consultation with Dr. Larson to go over your options. Our treatment coordinator will walk you through your treatment plan and payment plan, and you can sign up to get started or take all this information home if you’d like to think more or discuss it with a partner. Once you have confirmed treatment with us, you’ll receive a swag bag with a T-shirt and several other small and interesting items.
Patient Forms
After you schedule an appointment with us, we'll send you links to complete our forms digitally ahead of time to make your check-in process faster. Or, if you’d prefer to wait until you come see us, just be sure to arrive a little early so you can do them on our iPad.
Dental Insurance
As an orthodontic office, we are very familiar with a wide variety of dental insurance plans and are happy to work with our patients to help them get the most out of their coverage. If you would like to use your insurance with us, just give our team a call with your membership information nearby, and we’ll be able to confirm and go over your benefits.
